You can start with just the CRM and add services when you're ready, or go all-in from day one.

Is my data really isolated from other builders?

Yes. Sthan enforces tenant isolation at the database query level, not just in application code. Every request checks the current tenant before anything returns. Automated tests run on every deploy to verify this property — if it ever fails, the deploy is blocked.

How is Sthan different from DaeBuild, Sell.Do, or Zoho CRM?

DaeBuild and Sell.Do target enterprise developers and price accordingly. Zoho is a generic CRM retrofitted for real estate. Sthan is purpose-built for developers with 1–5 projects who want to start in a day, not after a 3-month implementation. We also bundle marketing services, which none of the others do.

Will Sthan integrate with MagicBricks, 99acres and Housing.com?

In v1 we import leads from these via CSV (takes 30 seconds, daily). Full API integrations land in v2. Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business API, and SMTP email are native from day one.

What about RERA compliance for documents?

Sthan generates allotment letters, demand notes, receipts and possession letters from templates you control. The templates are starting points — your legal counsel reviews and signs off on the final versions. We store; you stay responsible.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes. Month-to-month billing, no lock-in. If you cancel, we give you a full data export (leads, units, bookings, payments, documents) within 48 hours, then delete your records within 30 days.

Is there GST on invoices?

Yes. All invoices include 18% GST and are sent from our registered Indian entity. Suitable for business expense accounting.
