Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
Upraqx, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, operates the Sthan platform at sthan.org. Sthan is a customer relationship management (CRM) product built for Indian real-estate developers. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights you have over it. We have written it in plain language rather than legal jargon, because a privacy policy you cannot read is not much use to you. It applies to sthan.org and the enquiries you send us through it. Once you become a paying customer, the data inside your Sthan workspace is also governed by the agreement you enter into with us.
2. What data we collect
We collect two kinds of information.
The first is information you give us directly. When you fill in the contact form, request a demo, or write to us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the name of your company, along with anything you choose to tell us in your message. We collect this only because you chose to send it. We do not ask you for sensitive personal data on this website, and we would ask you not to send us any you do not need to.
The second is aggregated, anonymous analytics about how the website is used. We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics tool that is cookieless and does not track you across other websites. It does not collect personal data, does not build a profile of you, and does not follow you once you leave sthan.org. We use it only to understand which pages are read and how people find us. We do not run advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on this site.
3. Why we collect it
We collect your contact details for three reasons: to respond to your enquiry, to send you the product information you asked for, and to follow up about a demo or trial if you requested one. We use the anonymous analytics to improve the website and the product. We do not use your data for any purpose you would not reasonably expect from the action you took, and we do not sell it.
4. How long we keep it
We retain personal data until you ask us to delete it. There is no fixed expiry; we keep your enquiry on file so that we can carry on the conversation and serve you better if you come back to us. You can ask us to delete your data at any time by emailing hello@sthan.org, and we will do so promptly. If you are a paying customer, the data inside your Sthan workspace stays under your control — you keep the right to export it and to delete it for as long as you use the service.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We never have, and we will not.
We share it only with the service providers we need to run the website and respond to you — for example, the analytics tool that measures site usage, the email service that delivers our replies, and the support tools we use to manage enquiries. These providers act on our instructions and only to the extent needed to do their job. We do not pass your data to advertisers, to data brokers, or to any third party for their own marketing.
If the law requires us to disclose information — for instance, a valid order from a competent authority — we will comply, but only to the extent we are legally obliged to, and no further.
6. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and as a matter of how we believe data should be handled, you have the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
- ask us to correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- ask us to delete your personal data;
- raise a grievance about how we have handled your data.
To exercise any of these, email hello@sthan.org and tell us what you need. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
7. Grievance officer
If you have a concern about your data that we have not resolved to your satisfaction, you can reach our grievance contact directly:
Upraqx — Grievance Contact
Email: hello@sthan.org
Phone: +91 98791 60693

We take grievances seriously and will respond to you rather than route you into silence.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time as the product or the law changes. When we do, we will post the revised version on this page and update the "last updated" date at the top. We encourage you to check back if data handling matters to you, and if a change is significant and you are a customer, we will tell you directly.
