Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. The free trial
Every new customer gets a 7-day free trial on their first project. The trial is the full product, not a cut-down version — you can run real leads, set up a real project, and judge Sthan against how you actually sell. Onboarding is completed within 24 hours of signup, so the trial is spent using the product rather than waiting for it to be set up. We ask for a card at signup so that the trial can roll smoothly into a paid subscription if you decide to continue, but no charge is made at any point during the seven days. At the end of the seventh day, if you have not cancelled, the trial converts into a paid monthly subscription and your card is charged for the first month — so you are never charged by surprise, only after a trial you chose to continue. If Sthan is not right for you, cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
2. Paid subscription
After the trial, Sthan bills monthly. You are charged either ₹8,000 per active project per month on the per-project plan, or a flat ₹25,000 per month on the Unlimited Bundle, depending on the plan you choose. GST applies on top at the applicable rate. You can move between the per-project plan and the Unlimited Bundle as the number of projects you run changes; the pricing page carries the current published figures and the point at which the bundle becomes the cheaper choice. Each monthly charge covers the month ahead, and your subscription renews automatically each cycle until you cancel.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time, either from your account settings or by emailing hello@sthan.org. Cancellation stops all future billing from the next cycle onward. There is no notice period, no cancellation fee, and no need to explain yourself. Cancelling does not delete your data straight away: you keep access to export your leads, projects, and documents for thirty days after cancellation, as set out in our Terms of Service, before the workspace is removed. We would rather you be able to leave easily, and take your data with you, than feel locked in by friction.
4. Refunds
Upraqx does not provide refunds for the current billing month once a paid subscription has started. When you are billed for a month, that month is not refunded, whether or not you use the platform for the full period, and we do not pro-rate a partial month on the way out. For example, if you cancel on the twentieth day of a billed month, your subscription stays active until the end of that month and simply does not renew; the days you did not use are not refunded. What you can always do is cancel, which stops the next charge from being raised; once you have cancelled, no further payment is taken while the current month runs out, and you will not be billed again. The 7-day free trial is designed to be your risk-free evaluation, so that no one pays for Sthan before they have decided it is worth paying for.
5. Why we work this way
We keep cancellation effortless and refunds off the table on purpose, and it is worth explaining why rather than burying it in fine print. Real-estate sales run on months and quarters, not days. A CRM that is switched off mid-month disrupts live pipelines, broker follow-ups, and buyer conversations at a cost to a builder that is far higher than a single month's subscription. So we put the evaluation up front, in a genuine free trial, and we make leaving simple — instead of collecting money and then arguing about refunds after the fact. Easy cancellation is what makes refunds unnecessary, and we would rather earn each month than trap you in one.
6. Disputes and incorrect charges
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly — a double charge, a charge after you cancelled, or a billing error of any kind — write to hello@sthan.org within thirty days of the charge. We will look into it properly, and if we got the billing wrong, we will put it right. This is different from a refund request: a genuine billing mistake on our side will always be corrected, because that is not a refund, it is fixing our own error. If we cannot resolve a billing dispute between us, the governing-law and jurisdiction terms set out in our Terms of Service apply.
