The complete package layers our marketing services on top — lead capture across Meta, Google, portals and WhatsApp; instant multi-channel response; qualification chatbots; a 15-day follow-up drip; sales team automations; and a reporting dashboard. You can start with just the CRM and add services when you're ready, or go all-in from day one.

Sthan's interface is available in English, Hindi and Gujarati. Your team can work in whichever of the three suits them, and buyer-facing messages can go out in the language a buyer actually reads. Those three are the current limit; we add languages as customer demand makes the case.

Two plans: ₹8,000 per active project per month, or ₹25,000 per month flat for unlimited projects — no per-user fees, and a 7-day free trial on your first project. Below four projects the per-project plan is cheaper; at four or more, the flat bundle is.

Yes. All invoices include 18% GST and are sent from our registered Indian entity. Suitable for business expense accounting.

Yes. Billing is month-to-month with no lock-in, and cancelling stops the next charge — there is no notice period and no cancellation fee. After you cancel you keep access to export your data — leads, units, bookings, payments and documents — from settings for 30 days, after which your workspace and its contents are deleted.

Onboarding is completed within 24 hours of signup. We set up your projects, connect your lead sources, and load your document templates, so you are working real leads the next day rather than waiting weeks for an implementation. There is no multi-month rollout — that is the point.

In v1 we import leads from these via CSV (takes 30 seconds, daily). Full API integrations land in v2. Meta Lead Ads, WhatsApp Business API, and SMTP email are native from day one.

Yes. Sthan enforces tenant isolation at the database query level, not just in application code. Every request checks the current tenant before anything returns. Automated tests run on every deploy to verify this property — if it ever fails, the deploy is blocked.

Yes. The data you put into Sthan — your leads, projects, bookings and documents — is yours; we do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for anything but running the service for you. You can export it anytime while subscribed, and for 30 days after you cancel.

When you cancel, you keep access to export everything — leads, units, bookings, payments and documents — from settings for 30 days, after which your records are deleted from our active systems. Nothing is held hostage, and there is no fee to take your own data with you.

Sthan generates allotment letters, demand notes, receipts and possession letters from templates you control. The templates are starting points — your legal counsel reviews and signs off on the final versions. We store; you stay responsible.

Sthan accepts customers from any Indian state, and the CRM itself — pipeline, bookings, collections, reporting, WhatsApp, portals — works pan-India out of the box. The RERA filing and document-generation workflows are currently optimised for Gujarat RERA, which is where our customers operate today; as builders from other states come on, we extend the RERA module state by state. If you are outside Gujarat and need a specific state's RERA workflow, ask us — that demand is what builds the roadmap.

Yes. The Unlimited Bundle covers any number of active projects at ₹25,000 per month flat, so a builder running ten, twenty or more pays the same as one running four. Reporting works at project, source and rep granularity at any scale. The constraint is rarely the software — it is whether your team and process are ready, which onboarding is built to help with.
