Sthan replaces the common patchwork of Excel, WhatsApp groups, and legacy CRMs such as DaeBuild, Sell.Do, and generic Zoho setups. Pricing is ₹8,000 per month per active project, or a flat ₹25,000 per month for unlimited active projects (₹2,40,000 per year on annual billing), with no per-user fees. Do I run the marketing, or does Sthan?

Either — your call. The CRM includes the automation engine on every plan, so a builder with an in-house marketer can run the whole thing themselves. If you'd rather have it run for you, Sthan Growth Services manage the marketing as an optional add-on: Lead Capture Pro at ₹15,000/month, and Marketing Concierge at ₹40,000/month with content production and a dedicated account manager.

How is the package different from just the CRM?

The CRM is the system of record; the complete package adds the marketing engine that fills it. With the CRM alone, you manage the leads you already have — pipeline, site visits, bookings, collections.
